  • Unpack all the parts and lay them out on a flat surface.
  • Check the contents of the package (see “What’s in the box” below).
  • Read our safety tips (section further down).
  • Keep a soft cloth handy to wipe off any marks.

Setup steps

Étapes d’installation

  1. Base & stability: Place the base on the floor and make sure it’s stable and level.
  2. Attach the stand: Line up the stand with the base (the pre-installed screws may be in the foot: unscrew them, then tighten firmly).
  3. Burner tank: Place the stainless steel tank in its slot, nicely centered.
  4. Final check: Make sure every part is securely in place and nothing wobbles.
  5. First light: Pour the bioethanol into the tank, wait 30 to 60 seconds, then light it with a long lighter.

    The flame reaches full intensity after a few minutes. That’s completely normal.

  1. Base & stabilité — Posez la base au sol, vérifiez qu’elle est stable et à niveau.
     
  2. Fixation du support — Alignez le support sur la base (les vis pré-montées peuvent être dans le pied : dévissez puis resserrez fermement).
     
  3. Réservoir — Positionnez le réservoir en inox dans son logement prévu, bien centré.
     
  4. Contrôle final — Assurez-vous que toutes les pièces sont bien fixées et que rien ne bouge.

    5. Premier allumage — Versez le bioéthanol dans le réservoir, attendez 30–60 sec, puis allumez avec un allume-feu long.

    Le feu atteint sa pleine intensité après quelques minutes — c’est normal.

Safety tips

âś… Only use liquid bioethanol made for decorative fireplaces.
✅ Never refill a tank that’s hot or lit (wait until it has fully cooled down).
âś… Light with a long lighter and keep your face away from the burner.
✅ Never move the fireplace while it’s lit or still hot.
âś… Air out the room a little during extended use.
âś… Keep it away from curtains, fabrics and anything flammable.
